Women's Boxfit

We get that it can be intimidating to make the 1st move & walk into a boxing gym, but we promise our Women's Boxfit class is a safe space for all wahine to come along and learn the art of boxing. 

Classes are taken by co-owner & coach Alina. As a mum of 4 young ones, she understands how important a tool excercise is to feel good & function better. 

Suitable for All levels of fitness & ability, we do a mixture of technique, bag work, pad work, strength & conditioning, based off how we train our fighters,  and always some booty and abs at the end!

No ones hitting each other, and you go to the best of your ability. We have built up an awesome community of ladies and mums that bring their young kids along & really cheer each other on each session before collapsing into a sweaty mess at the end!
